Push for Happy: An Emotional Regulation Story Book
Behaviour Matters specializes in emotional regulation, our first interactive emotional regulation storybook teaches children all about the primary emotions, anger, sadness, fear and happiness; it goes on to encourage children to create their own characters and explore how they feel these emotions internally, as well as what triggers these emotions externally. Our book is loved by many and we love being tagged in or receiving photos of the characters created by the children.

“Our daughter has been to too many places to count. We had expected disappointment once again, but instead were SO pleasantly surprised! We cannot thank you enough; our daughter loves your programs and we are brought to tears at how much happier she is since starting with you. You truly have a team of the most passionate individuals I have ever met.”

“You are now a part of our family; we are keeping you (lol)! We look forward to our Thursday night family therapy sessions. It has really helped us work through our struggles, and the scheduled quality time suggested right afterward has been a game-changer.”

“Your Mindful Masters Tool Kit is the best resource I have purchased for my classroom. Not only has it helped with SEL planning, I can't say enough about the social-emotional resources included! The kids love the strategies and use them regularly; I love sitting back and watching them figure things out for themselves while showing me how emotionally aware grade 3’s can be! The game is great for free play; they learn while playing and don’t even notice it!”
— M.G
“The parent programs are full of hands-on strategies. The anxiety and behaviour management ones have been so helpful for both my kids. Thank you for getting to the point and giving me things I can actually use.”
